3BR/3BA, 12th floor, East-facing (pier-view), corner unit with large finished balcony as well as a private 2nd balcony facing the sound. It will be stocked like a second home with paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and cleaning supplies to get your stay started. You will also get access to the owner’s closet downstairs to use and store any beach items during your stay. Beach wagon, folding chairs, tent, toys etc. Chair and umbrella service for 2 will be paid for and available for your enjoyment! (Available yearly April 1 - October 31st).
